1. Internet connection
An unstable or missing connection is one of the most common causes. Make sure your device is online and the connection is stable.
2. Server settings
A mistake in the SMTP (sending) or IMAP/POP (receiving) settings stops email from working. Check that the servers, ports, username and password match the ones we sent you.
3. Available space
If your mailbox is full, you'll stop receiving messages. Delete old or unnecessary emails and check you still have space available on your hosting or email plan.
4. Spam folder
Some legitimate emails may be marked as spam by mistake. Check your spam or junk folder.
5. Test with another address
Send a test email to yourself or ask someone to send you one. If it arrives, the problem may be on the other sender's or recipient's side.
6. Restart your device
Temporary software issues are often solved by restarting your computer or phone.
7. Blocked IP
If authentication fails several times in a row, for example after changing your password without updating it on every device, your IP address may be temporarily blocked on the server for security. Contact us and we'll check and unblock it.
