Didn't find what you were looking for?
Why do my emails end up in spam?
Most often because SPF, DKIM or DMARC are missing. These records prove to receiving servers (Gmail, Outlook…) that emails sent on behalf of your domain are legitimate. Without them, emails look suspicious.
DKIM shows as not found, but I have DKIM. Why?
DKIM is published under a "selector" that only your email provider knows. We test the most common selectors, but if yours is different you can enter it in the selector field so we check it.
