Our Terms and Conditions of Service are published in Portuguese, which is the only legally binding version. They set out the agreement for the provision of IT services between aiodo, Lda (company no. 517305909) and its clients, covering in particular:
- applicability and acceptance of the terms;
- services provided, support hours and client obligations;
- payment terms, renewals, cancellation and termination;
- third-party rights and intellectual property;
- domain names, web and email hosting, and server administration;
- data protection, liability, force majeure and applicable law.
