How much does a website cost?
Every project is quoted individually, based on the number of pages, features and integrations required. Quotes are free and with no obligation: get in touch and you'll receive a detailed proposal shortly.
How long does it take?
A business website is usually ready in 2 to 4 weeks. Online stores and custom software depend on complexity, and we always agree a clear timeline before we start.
Do you prepare proposals for funding applications, such as Portugal 2030 or municipal programmes?
Yes. We do not prepare the application itself, which is handled by the company, its accountant or a consultant, but we prepare a detailed proposal free of charge to attach to it: project description, deliverables, timeline and the cost of each component with VAT shown separately. If the funding is approved, we deliver the project with you.
I already have a website. Can you improve it?
Yes. We redesign existing websites: we modernise the design, make them fast and flawless on mobile and improve SEO. We set up 301 redirects to keep your Google rankings and migrate your content. Start by requesting a free review of your current site.
Will my website show up on Google?
Yes. Every website we build follows technical SEO best practices: fast loading, semantic structure, structured data, sitemaps and a fully responsive layout.
Do you offer artificial intelligence integrations?
Yes. We build chatbots and virtual assistants for your website and WhatsApp, automate processes such as email and request triage, and extract and convert data from invoices, PDFs and documents into your ERP or invoicing software. All integrated with the systems you already use, securely and GDPR-compliant.
Can I move my current hosting to aiodo?
Yes, and website and email migration is free. We handle everything so the move happens with no data loss and as little disruption as possible. In the vast majority of cases, you won't even notice the switch.
Do you only work in Portugal?
No. We are based in Salvaterra de Magos, in the Santarém district of Portugal, and since we do almost everything online we work with clients across the country and abroad. We are also available for in-person meetings at our office by prior appointment.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. We stay with our clients after launch with maintenance, security updates, content changes and direct technical support, with no call centres.
